| Ordering online at allwoundupstore.com is fun and easy! Simply browse our products, view some videos and have a few laughs. Then click on those items you’d like to order, add them to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. There you can complete the payment information and shipping form that we’ll need to process your order. That’s it! |

State law requires All Wound Up to collect sales tax for orders shipped to Massachusetts. There is no sales tax for orders shipped outside of Massachusetts. |
All Wound Up typically ships out orders on Monday’s and Friday’s only. All orders received are processed within 2 –3 days from the day the order is received provided that the correct billing and shipping information is provided, and the items are in stock. |
During the month of December, orders will ship out approximately 24-48 hours after they are received in an effort to expedite Holiday gift giving. We will notify you via e-mail once your order has been shipped. We cannot guarantee same day shipping during the month of December. |
Please make sure your “ship to” address is correct. Any charges incurred for delivery to an incorrect address will be billed to your account. Please double-check to ensure that your shipping information is right the first time. This will ensure that you receive your merchandise in a timely manner without unnecessary costs. |
| We will gladly accept any returns if the following conditions are met: |
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know that you would like to make a return - call 508-487-9001 or email allwoundup@verizon.net. Please be sure to reference your name and order number in your correspondence. We will then provide you with specific return instructions.
- We will accept only products that have been unopened and are returned in their original packaging and shipping boxes in new condition.
- Once you have spoken to us about your return, you will have 14 days to return the merchandise to us for a full refund (original shipping costs are not refundable).
- You will pay all return shipping costs and will send the item(s) via standard method such as UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post to:
- All returns should include a copy of your original receipt with the return item circled and reason for return.
- Once we receive and process your return, a full credit for the item cost (plus tax if applicable) less the original shipping costs will be issued to your credit card as long as the item is returned in new condition, in its original packaging with all accessories, instructions and warrantees included. We can only credit the original purchaser for the return. Returns may take up to 30 days to be processed. You will be notified via e-mail when the return has been processed.

| Your complete satisfaction is our #1 goal. To ensure your satisfaction, we inspect and test all of our wind up items prior to shipping to ensure that they work properly. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping or that does not appear to work properly, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to make shopping with us a fun and enjoyable experience. |
| Many of our products are for collectors only – particularly our tin reproduction wind up toys. These items are not for children under the age of 8 years old. Special care must be taken to ensure the long life of these products such as avoiding overwinding and being careful to avoid bending or damaging these toys in any way. Allwoundupstore.com will not be responsible for any items that have been damaged or broken due to misuse or mishandling. Please read our Quality Assurance policy for more about our wind up toys. |
